The Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme has been providing consumers and property agents with an alternative dispute resolution service for 25 years and provides consumers with a free, impartial and independent alternative dispute resolution service. West Wales Lettings is a member of TPO. Once a complaint has been raised with us, we will do everything within our power to get it resolved. Once our in-house complaints procedure is complete, and in the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied, you are free to contact the Property Ombudsman for further advice.
